PayHajj provides:
- A savings wallet for Hajj and Umrah planning
- Payment facilitation for pilgrimage-related expenses
- Coordination with third-party service providers
2. No Custody of Sensitive Data
By using PayHajj, you acknowledge that:
- Identity verification is handled by Veriglobe
- Payments are processed by Paystack and partner banks
- PayHajj does not store BVN, NIN, card details, or biometric data
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate non-sensitive information
- Use PayHajj only for lawful purposes
- Understand that funds added to PayHajj are intended for pilgrimage-related use
- Carefully review withdrawals, as some may require manual processing
4. Funds & Withdrawals
- Funds stored in PayHajj are earmarked for Hajj/Umrah planning
- Certain withdrawals may be subject to verification or manual review
- PayHajj may delay or restrict withdrawals to prevent fraud or misuse
5. Third-Party Services
PayHajj relies on third-party providers for:
- Identity verification
- Payment processing
- Travel services
We are not responsible for outages, errors, or actions taken by these providers beyond our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- PayHajj is not liable for losses caused by third-party providers
- PayHajj does not guarantee visa approvals, flight availability, or travel outcomes
- Use of the app is at your own risk
7. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
- Fraud is suspected
- False information is provided
- The service is misused
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
